1. Individual Coaching : In my professional practice, I combine many of the best strategies from nutrition science and eating psychology. By eliminating all the “shoulds and shouldn’ts”, I focus on what’s right for your body and your personal style. As we work together this way, eating and health issues become a place of exploration. I help clients reach their highest goals not by strategies that punish, but through strategies that nourish.
2. Group Speaking : I specialize in bringing the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition to groups. I discuss stress in the work place and it’s effects on health, weight, productivity and concentration. I hope to encourage group members to use stress-busting techniques to enhance their lives and increase their longevity.
3. VIP Day: Tour de Weight Loss! A unique day for the individual client who really wants to pamper herself. We start the day with a grocery store tour to learn how to shop any grocery store for healthy products. Over a healthy two-hour lunch, I focus on you and weight loss, stress, and healthy movement to enhance your life and your goals. You have an hour assessment with a certified trainer and finish the day with an hour massage—learning that self-care is just as important as what you eat!
